The Greek subsidiary company, Dreavia Healthcare Hellas S.A., a dynamically growing company in the field of medical technology products, is seeking to employ the role of a:

Tenders & Contracts Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing public and private sector tender and contract processes, ensuring the accurate and timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for and evaluate public tender announcements.
  • Prepare and submit technical and financial offers.
  • Manage and monitor the entire tender process (opening of bids, pre-contractual checks, award).
  • Use electronic procurement systems (E.S.H.D.I.S., iSupplies, CosmoONE, etc.).
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients and public authorities.
  • Manage contracts and maintain a tender documentation archive.
  • Collaborate with other departments of the company (sales, finance, regulatory, compliance) regarding tenders and contracts.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling public procurement tenders.
  • Knowledge of the legal framework for public contracts and tender submission procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience with E.S.H.D.I.S. and other e-procurement platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Very good command of the English language (written & spoken).

 

 

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the field of medical technology products will be considered an additional asset.
  • Experience with private tenders or contracts with hospitals and healthcare organizations.
