The Greek subsidiary company, Dreavia Healthcare Hellas, based in Chalandri, Attica, Greece, is seeking to employ the role of:

BU Manager Nutrition/Pediatrics

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

OBJECTIVES – RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Define annual targets per product and overall, in collaboration with the Director and the Board of Directors.
  • Allocate annual targets to medical representatives/sales staff based on regional characteristics, level of difficulty, and promotional activities.
  • Guide and coordinate the actions of medical representatives/sales teams to achieve both team and individual targets.
  • Allocate promotional budgets and provide direction for their most effective use.
  • Full responsibility for P&L.
  • Monitor and track sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Receive feedback from consumers, clients, and the medical community and take immediate actions to address it, always in line with pre-defined Board guidelines and in collaboration with other company departments.
  • Evaluate participation, negotiate, organize, and oversee the company’s optimal representation at medical conferences and pharmacy exhibitions nationwide.
  • Conduct market research and collaborate with relevant international departments for the launch of new products in the Greek market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with public authorities related to the company’s products, services, and activities, such as EOF and EOPYY.
  • Being responsible for all Sales and Promotion Channels including the medical community and retail channels (pharmacies, supermarkets, online retailers, baby stores), as well as the implementation of commercial actions (discounts, promotions, and other initiatives) in those.
  • Monitor all competition activities, stay updated on new/innovative and competing products and broader international trends.
  • Track organizational changes within competitors that may indicate significant future moves.
  • Monitor and analyze market data (e.g., IQVIA, etc.).
  • Performa any duty and action that will result to the success of the Business Unit and the company overall.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • University degree (BSc) in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science & Technology, Dietetics & Nutrition, Business Administration/Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MSc/MBA).
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role managing sales or medical representative teams, preferably in pediatric nutrition or the broader pediatric field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Greek pediatric community (pediatricians, neonatologists, gastroenterologists, allergists).
  • Strong knowledge of the Greek Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Distribution landscape.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Proven experience in managing sales or medical representative teams.
  • Excellent command of English and strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Sales Representatives – MEDICAL DEVICES

Laser Applications for Phlebology & Proctology

In Attica and in Thessaloniki

Role reports to Business Unit Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Presentation and sales of laser equipment to physicians, clinics, and hospitals
  • Development of the customer base
  • Post-sales follow-up and support of customers during surgical procedures

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred (Degree in Biomedical Technology, Nursing, or a related field preferred)
  • Prior and relevant work experience of 2 years in Medical Devices sales.
  • Good Knowledge of English
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within and outside the Attica / Thessaloniki region (and as required)
  • Valid driver’s license; military service completed (for male candidates)

Will be considered an asset:

  • Knowledge of the field of Phlebology and/or Proctology
  • Existing network of contacts with physicians
  • Experience with laser systems or endoluminal technologies
